Terms of sale for the guides
These terms cover the digital guides only. Renting the house goes entirely through Airbnb and falls under their terms.
What is being sold
A digital guide, readable online on this site at a personal address given to you after payment. There is no postal delivery, no email attachment and no account to create. The page count shown on the sales page is the approximate printed volume, for guidance only.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is handled by Stripe. We neither see nor store any card details: they never pass through this site. Paying constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Delivery
Access is immediate. When payment completes, Stripe redirects you to the address of your copy, and that same address appears on the receipt Stripe sends you. Keep the receipt: it is how you find your access again.
What the access actually is, said plainly
Your copy is served at a long, unguessable address that no search engine indexes. It is not a password protected area: anyone holding the address can open it. We would rather write that here than imply a security that does not exist. We simply ask you not to circulate it.
Updates
Moroccan prices move, fuel in particular, revised twice a month, and monument entry fees. We update the guides and your access address stays the same: you always read the latest version, without paying again and without doing anything. The last update date is shown at the top of your copy.
Right of withdrawal
This is digital content supplied immediately. In line with the practice applying to this kind of product, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once access has been opened, which you accept at the point of payment.
That is exactly why each guide publishes its first chapter in full, free. Read it before buying: it is representative of the rest, and if that level of detail is no use to you, do not buy.
If something goes wrong
An access that will not open, a payment taken with no redirect, a factual error in the guide: message us through Airbnb, that is where we answer fastest. A broken access is restored or refunded.
Accuracy and liability
The information in our guides was checked on the date stated and its sources are cited. It changes. It replaces neither official sources, nor professional advice, nor your own judgement on the ground. Decisions about travel, purchases and safety remain yours.
Ownership
The text, tables and photographs on this site and in these guides belong to us. Buying gives you a personal right to read, not a right to redistribute or republish.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country, whose full identity is published in the legal notice.
